A very modern, clean, well equipped apartment. I appreciated having the common dining area so I could get takeaway meals and eat there and also make tea and coffee. Mr Benjamin was very hospitable and helpful. It was easy to get a tuk tuk around Colombo or walk to shops. I enjoyed a great lunch at the restaurant across the road.

Very convenient location with easy access to many attractions. On a quiet street. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Thumbs up to Benji, who looks after the place and cooked my breakfast every morning. He made my stay even more perfect. Can't recommend it enough.

Nothing, very small cramped alley to the room, with poor air conditioning, very unsuitable for elderly people, carrying their own luggage with no bell boys

“Great location, friendly, comfy, value for money”

The most comfortable bed we had in the whole of Sri Lanka and the best shower! Hot water, air con, great location, free drinking water and tea/ coffee. Most importantly, the most wonderful man looking after us! Kept our bags there for the day while we were waiting for a flight and so lovely and smiley. Thank you!

A nice budget option for Columbo with a very friendly owner. My room was fine. It's a little far from the action I guess, but a tuk tuk will get you where you want to go.

The place is nicely located; many restaurants near by and 3 mins walk you can reach sea face for a good walk next to railway lines & sea. Team is good and place is neat and clean and has all basic facilities. Mr. Benjamin also helped in taking my bag on stairs. Thanks

The caretaker Benjamin took care of us very well providing us with tasty and different breakfasts daily. He also arranged a hire car driven by one Priyanka to travel to Kandy. Priyanka also was very good.

Friendly and welcoming owner. Nice clean, modern room. WiFi is strong and constant. Breakfast available and it’s super fresh and tasty. Modern facilities wi the communal area free to use with water cooler. Comfortable bed with aircon. Supermarket and tasty restaurants/bars close by.

The location of the guesthouse is superb. There are many restaurants in close proximity to the guesthouse. Mr. Benjamin is very kind and goes out of his way to ensure that the needs of his guests are met and they are comfortable. He is always available.

Very good and healthy breakfast each morning of stay. Spacious room and bathroom. A convenient location. Caretaker Mr Benjamin was dedicated and helpful.

Nice clean homestay in a good area of Colombo. The WiFi actually works (for calls etc.) which is a rarity in Colombo. Everything fine with the showers etc. There are some cafés and restaurants etc. nearby, with a further choice in the surrounding area. Free drinkable water is provided. Very quiet in general.

Location great close to resto and shops. Benjamin make you feel so welcome and go out of his way to make the stay pleasant. And super friendly. He orgainse with a guy for tour kandy. Worth it Good breakfast. Will 100% come back to this place.

Location is close to cafes of different cuisines, Italian, Indian, Korean, local. Staff was flexible in breakfast timings. I had.my breakfast late rather then skipping it when check out Clean hotel

The place is simple and clean. There us a common space for dining. but one cannot bring in their food to warm up. thats not allowed. This was sometimes an issue when traveling with kids. Breakfast was made but we were also rushed to finish quickly as the manager wanted to clean up and leave. There are CCTV camers inside the space which was a bit too intrusive -- in the dining area. The manager was however flexible to make breakfast and support with luggage left behind on our last day of stay etc till we caught the train out.
