“Wonderfull”
We had a wonderful stay at Tekkawatta. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome. They are such warm, kind and helpful people who truly care about their guests. The house itself is beautiful, full of character, and surrounded by a stunning garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It really feels like a special place where you can completely unwind. The swimming pool was perfectly clean and very well maintained, ideal for cooling down and relaxing. Everything around the property is taken care of with great attention. The food was also excellent – fresh, tasty and prepared with care. Every meal felt authentic and delicious. Tekkawatta is a magical place with wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and left feeling relaxed and grateful. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful place with incredibly kind hosts. Thank you again for such a lovely stay!

Perfect place to truly unwind in the middle of nature. The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet area outside the city, making it ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings and calm atmosphere made it easy to completely switch off and enjoy the moment. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! A delicious breakfast each morning, and a very attentive and welcoming host and hostess who made the stay perfect!

This is a two bedroom villa. We totally enjoyed our stay here. The views of nature and the surrounding areas are breathtaking. The rooms are reasonable sizes with options for an air conditioning, or a ceiling fan. The staff and the owners were friendly and very helpful. Our staff was great.

“Paradise on the outskirts of Colombo”
We were so lucky to find Tekkawatta for the last four nights of our hectic three week trip to Sri Lanka. The two bed villa is spacious and clean, very good a/c and the meals prepared for us were excellent. The staff are polite, discreet, professional and friendly and the owners are charming. We highly recommend this jungle oasis on the edge of Colombo. It’s a bird watcher’s paradise and a heavenly end to a fabulous holiday.

Quite location with a lovely pool, perfect for the kids. Food was great, staff very friendly and the owner called a few times to make sure everything was ok - she ‘madam’ spoke excellent English.

A paradisiacal, dreamlike property on the outskirts of Colombo. Very spacious property with a beautiful house that leaves nothing to be desired. We enjoyed our last stay here after many pool villas in Sri Lanka and found this place, house, pool and garden to be one of the most beautiful places where everything was simply perfect and nothing to complain about. The pool is larger than average and was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the welcome to the departure all our wishes. We would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended accommodation.

“An extremely pleasant and enjoyable stay”
The property is tranquil and denotes the nature centric approach. The pool and other facilities were as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were accomadative and helpful. Would definitely recommend that folk try out the villa. It's a 10 minute drive off the highway and is very accessible.
