We rented this apartment for a holiday in the center of Colombo. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it perfect for both leisure and city living. The residential complex is modern and well equipped. It offers 24/7 video surveillance, a swimming pool, and a gym — everything a modern traveler needs. The hosts and management were excellent: they responded very quickly to any requests, and all issues were resolved immediately and efficiently. A pleasant bonus was the beautiful view of the Lotus Tower from the apartment, especially stunning in the evening. A great place to stay in Colombo. We would happily choose it again. 👍

The apartment I stayed in is truly excellent. It offers exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and a luxurious experience. The location is fantastic – the balcony provides breathtaking views of the Berre Lake, Nelum Kuluna, the harbor, and the sea, with beautiful clouds adding to the scenery. I spent my vacation freely in the heart of the city, and the owners were extremely friendly. I confidently recommend this place.

Fantastic! Spacious. Well-equipped. Comfortable. Beds with good, firm mattresses. Enough shelf and storage spaces in the wash rooms and throughout the apartment. Great view of the Lotus Tower from balcony and bedroom windows (illuminated at night). Great to have access to the swimming pools on terrace at 6th floor. One pool perfect for swimming lengths - maybe 25 metres long?

Great location, two flats together so we could accommodate a large group, great view from the balcony and we loved the pool!
