I recently stayed at Shangri-La Colombo on the 30th for one night, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, “Samdura” at the front desk welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in process professionally and efficiently. Her friendly attitude and excellent hospitality immediately gave us a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Later that evening, my friend and I visited Capital Bar & Grill. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a lively ambiance and an amazing live band that made the night even more enjoyable. We had a few drinks, and the service we received was exceptional. “Dilshan,” the bartender, provided excellent service and made sure we had a great experience throughout the evening. “Nipuna” was also top-notch in customer service, being attentive, professional, and extremely welcoming. The hotel rooms were very quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making our stay relaxing and peaceful. The pool area was spotless and offered stunning views, which added to the luxury experience. The food was also absolutely delicious, with every dish being full of flavor and well prepared. Overall, our stay at Shangri-La Colombo exceeded expectations. The excellent hospitality, beautiful facilities, delicious food, and outstanding staff made this a memorable visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to returning again in the future.

Great way to end our stay in Sri Lanka. Beautiful hotel and easy access to the airport. Recommend getting the Executive Suite so you can access the lounge.
