“Amazing value for those on a budget to get a good nights sleep and explore Colombo.”
I loved the location. The upper floor rooms have Amazing views of the ocean as the name suggests. Love the location and wanted to try all the properties in this amazing location. Found it perfectly located in the CBD to work or explore Colombo a city that is highly underrated. Close proximity to entertainment, shops, cafes, restaurants and the key business district. Gem of a find for the price we paid. Staff were also amazingly accommodating and this and the property next door were managed by the same group and I tried and enjoyed them both.

Convenient location, friendly staff, ac and hot water, fridge and lots of options for food within a few steps. I’ve stayed here several times on trips to Colombo and it’s good value for money.

“Pleasantly surprised”
I got such a good last minute mid week deal on hotel that I almost expected it to be too good to be true.. was pleasantly surprised with my room! Clean, comfy and just like the pictures. The staff were super helpful too, anything I wanted or needed they gave me, including help with my cases and luggage storage, extra water and so on. I extended an extra night. Location was very central and easy to find.

Hotel was near the sea and railway station. staff was polite, Hotel doesn't provide breakfast, however, there are few restaurants are nearby.

“Very average.”
Didn’t have our booking on hand when arrived late at night made us pay on arrival instead of in the morning. The owner came back in the morning while we were checking out and said we had to pay more money “because his staff got it wrong” not very friendly or helpful.

“Good location”
The apartment is in a very good location to alot of sights, or to just walk into "town"along the ocean. The room is spacious.
