The place was a nightmare from day one. At first kettle was not working and then the Toaster. The wifi was not stable. The only available washing machine was on the roof top on a platform I could hardly reach. The path to the building was horrible with pot holes. The shower room was always wet and dirty. I would never go there again. EVER!

We stayed here for two weeks. The building has an elevator, there is an exit to the roof. The territory of the apartment is fenced, there is someone from the staff all the time (at night too). The hotel administrator was always in touch, solved all issues promptly. The apartment is spacious; the renovation is not very fresh, but in satisfactory condition. The room has air conditioning and two fans, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a dining table that is also suitable for work, a kitchen with an electric stove, a kettle, a toaster. Cooking items (frying pan and saucepan) were provided upon request. Tea and coffee are provided free of charge. There is an electric water heater in the bathroom. A washing machine can be used on site (on request). The Internet was unstable at first, but then it got better. The disadvantage is that if there are neighbors in the next room, they will be heard (not always, but when they are in one of the rooms). A cat lives on the territory of the apartment, which behaves friendly. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets, coffee shops. An hour walk to the center of Colombo.
