Towels and bed linen are available. Durdens Hospital is just 100 meters away. Asiri Surgical Hospital is 2.9 km from Platinum One Suites Colombo. The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport, 31 km from the property.

“Hugely Dissapointed !”
### Review: Platinum Suites Our recent stay at Platinum Suites was a disappointing experience that fell far short of the advertised 5-star standard. Here are the specific issues we encountered during our stay: 1. **Poor Cleaning Standards**: The apartment was not cleaned to a 5-star standard. We found dust and grime in various areas, which was unacceptable for a supposedly luxury accommodation. 2. **Faulty Bathroom Doors**: None of the bathroom doors closed properly. They clearly needed adjusting, but this had not been addressed. 3. **Safety Hazard at Entrance**: A family member slipped at the entrance of the flat, causing significant trauma. This incident highlighted a severe safety issue that needs urgent attention. 4. **Blocked Sink**: The sink was blocked, and having family over with this issue was highly embarrassing. It should have been checked and fixed before our arrival. 5. **Unconnected TV**: The television was not connected, and we had to call housekeeping to sort it out. This is a basic amenity that should have been ready upon our arrival. 6. **Unreliable Internet Connection**: The internet connection was poor and not secure. We brought a baby monitor that we couldn't connect because the WiFi required access through another website, which was inconvenient and concerning. 7. **Outdated Furniture**: The furniture in the apartment was very dated. The sofas were uncomfortable, with springs poking through, and the coffee table was heavily marked. The beds were also not firm, which affected our sleep quality. 8. **Lack of Hot Water**: There was no hot water in the apartment, a basic necessity that was missing. After these issues, we were moved to another flat. Unfortunately, the new apartment had similar problems, including bathroom doors that did not lock and a leaking air conditioner in the living room. Overall, we do not recommend Platinum Suites. The apartments are far from 5-star quality and desperately need updating.

For the money I expected a smart TV. Also could be provided with more glasses and kitchen utensils. 3 Bedroom suit with only 2 glasses does make much sense.
