Plenty of space for 6 people to stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Each double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. The owner and reception staff were helpful too

We had a wonderful family stay with the kids. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Everything was organized, functional, and in excellent condition. The swimming pool was very clean and enjoyable for both kids and adults. Just opposite to the building, there is Marino Mall and Cargills Food City. Which is very convenient. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free family stay.

This was our second stay at Platinum One and glad we returned. Very well kept and clean ultra luxury apartment. Best location in Colombo with Marino Mall directly opposite.

“The most excellent apartment in Colombo!”

Great apartment! 1. Ranil, the owner, contacted us before our arrival, organized pickup at the airport, allowed us to pay in cash. He was always in touch, tried to help with everything. I stay in apartments from time to time, but this is the first time I have seen such inclusion and desire to make the stay better from the owner! 10 out of 100! 2. The apartment is comfortable, three bedrooms for 6 people with private bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, linen... everything is very aesthetic. 3. There is a kitchen, and although we planned to eat in restaurants, it was a pleasure to cook breakfast in the kitchen and enjoy it at home. 4. Location is super! Close to the center, around a lot of stores with food, transportation stops. There is a pool in the house, kind of like a spa center but it was closed. The area is secured, closed in the evening. 5. All photos correspond to reality!
