The apartment is about 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk from the fort area, and about 10 minutes from the beach. It’s very spacious, fully equipped and the air-conditioned works great. Pradeep is really, really nice and very helpful - as are the security staff at the entrance. We were only there for an afternoon/evening before heading to the airport in the early hours of the morning, so we didn’t make use of the roof terrace! As a 3 bed it would be a great and really affordable apartment for a family or group of friends. Thanks Pradeep!

The property is very modern and clean, and the location was very good. The host Pradeep was exceptionally helpful and a very pleasant person as well. Security at the property was excellent and security staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Had undercover parking available which was very good.

Location suited our requirement. Booking was easy. Communication with the property was good prior to arrival. Pradeep was waiting there with the keys at the agreed time. He introduced the property for us. He was available over the phone when we had any questions. Excellent security for the property. Security staff at the entrance was courteous and helpful.

Its really a amazing appartment with luxury interior. It was verry clean, place for parking kitchen facilities and etc. The manager was so Humble and sweet. He helped with abslutly everithing we needed. I recomend this appartment hight.

I had a wonderful time at the Niwahas apartment. Perfect location and was very close to the heart of Colombo. The rooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff and couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.
