Cozy guesthouse with three rooms (two of them were occupied by staff), clean, quite big room, very friendly and helpful staff (though sometimes you need to ring more, so they hear you 😀). Nothing bothers you there

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean with a tiny cute back yard. And at my Arrival o got a bowl of fruits and fresh juice which was really nice.

I really enjoyed staying at the property, it is so cosy, and has all the facilities I needed. I am ever so grateful that the owner arranged high speed internet for me to work without disruption. It is at a safe and convenient location with easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, banks etc. Would definitely book again next time I visit Sri Lanka.

The location was very good (for me) as it is close to some good restaurants, etc.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. Although facing the main road, it was pretty quiet.

An absolute gem of a stay! From the moment we arrived, We were greeted not just with smiles but with a platter of fresh fruit and juice that made me feel like royalty on holiday. The fridge was generously stocked with water (a small detail, but such a lifesaver!), and the amenities were top-notch. The real standout? The flexibility! I was unfortunately unwell and instead of the usual rigid check-out times, the team graciously let us stay until the evening of my flight — a kindness we’ll never forget. The staff are wonderfully helpful, the atmosphere welcoming, and the level of care beyond expectations. If you’re on the fence about booking, don’t be. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

“Not the Best experience for a solo Traveller! Only two rooms, no staff at night!”

It was a modern facility and the owner was responsive when I had an issue. It is perfect for a family as there are only two rooms and a tiny kitchen in one of the rooms. Only one staff member who was a kind and friendly person.

Everything was fine and the location excellent. The only thing that bothered us a little, it might not bother other guests, is that the bed was too hard.

Comfortable room, hot shower, kitchen. Helpful staff. Nice location.
