Incredibly clean, entrance makes you feel like you're completely separated from the hustle and bustle of Colombo. Very kind staff. The room itself was also very clean and aesthetic.

“Great place to stay for a few dats, in good location, excellent staff”
Staff and Manager excellent, couldn'tt do enough for me. Good breakfast and even though it wasn't on the breakfast menu they arranged it.Sri Lankan breakfast for me. Also arranged a car to take me to the station at 4.30am which was very difficult but they somehow managed it. Many thanks to th

“Fantastic Location, Fabulous Staff, Amenities Quite Dated”
The staff were exceptional and were incredibly helpful, welcoming and were available at all times. The manager is very good with English and all staff always said good morning and constantly asked if everything was good and if we needed any more supplies etc

“The price does not match the reality”
Photos and reality are two different things. Bathroom is awfully dirty. "The terrace" is just a simple balcony facing the street. We were placed in third floor and we could hear EVERYTHING from downstairs, from people going up and down the stairs, talking and even flushing the toilets in nearby rooms. And constant noice of cars passing by the street. The photo of the pool is really nice, dont be fooled by it. We changed the hotel, so cant comment about the food.

“Safe and basic Hotel for short stay in Colombo”
Hotel in Walking distance to several restaurants and close to the sights in Colombo. Very decent and quiet street. The bed was very comfortable And all towels were clean.

The location was perfect. In easy reach of the barefoot store & Bawa House No 11 & walking distance to temples on the lake. It had all facilities needed. The rooms clean, modern & snug. Best shower. The manager/staff are attentive - arranged an early check-in & taxi to the airport. It’s safe/secure - has a 24/7 reception. The rooftop pool /area is an added bonus - a place to chill/cool off & enjoy the view. Breakfast spot on.

“Lovely stay great service”
We stayed for a couple of nights. Room is spacious with everything you need, bed was comfortable and breakfast generous, we even got to taste a couple of specialities. Walking distance from a big shopping centre. The manager at reception was exceptional, high attention to details and very friendly.

“Perfect place to stay”
