“I have been coming here every year and the staff & the facilities are very good.”
Very good. Many varieties of Lankan cuisine. Enjoyed the food. Lunch and Dinner also very good. Very honest staff. Once I left my laptop in the room and one of the employees Mohammad found me and handed the laptop to me.

Hotel room rent is high but facility is not upto the mark.. If I compare other hotel must say Nippon type hotel is far better than this hotel

They not Accept the USD, they (Ask) accept only LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee.) but while booking time you not mentioned LKR, you mentioned only INR & USD. so I would like to request you (Booking .com) ask them to what you mentioned INR & USD to accept by hotel. Breakfast is average for Indian foods. no Dhosa , No idly, nothing.

The so called manager was rude and being in the customer service space this guy never utter a smile. The night time receptionist was very helpful and accoodating my early check-in and late check out but this guy gave him a very big lecture Infront of me about it. some other attends and waiters were plesent.
