The location was excellent, and Ms. Sharma was very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, and Ms. Sharma kindly prepared dishes according to my preferences, including a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. Her hospitality and attentiveness made my experience even more enjoyable.

This thoughtfully designed place had a lovely, homely feel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was super friendly and provided all the info needed before we arrived. The house keeper was also very nice and helpful and offered some delicious food for us. This property is right opposite to Havelock Mall, but still away from the noise and crowds, making it a perfect peaceful stay. I had initially planned to stay only 2 days, but I ended up extending it to 9 days because I felt so comfortable here. The caretaker, Shyam, makes amazing food, and the cleanliness of the property is truly impressive. The owner is very cooperative, quick to resolve any problems, and treats guests more like friends than customers. Overall, staying here feels like being in your own comfortable home..

This art boutique hotel was everything i could wish for. So spacious, clean, amazing interior design, good matress, and high ceiling. Special thank to the nice lady who hosts guest, and prepared amazing breakfasts. Really worth the money. Recommend it to everyone!

We liked the cleanliness, the amenities, the friendly and caring host and staff. The place was super clean and had all the amenities, such as air conditioning, hot water, and even an elevator, even though it had only three floors. Moreover, the entire place was thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated in neutral colours and clean lines. The host was friendly and communicated every aspect of the stay to her guests. The housekeeper Sharma prepared a varied and tasty breakfast each morning.

Great location very easy to get around and quiet area to relax and work from. Sharma was great with breakfast and doing laundry and looking after the place. Would recommend to stay when in Colombo.

It’s very close to local restaurants and attractions or a short tuk tuk ride away. The shower is amazing, a proper power shower and the air conditioning is freezing which is definitely needed in the heat

The lady staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

The house is extremely clean and so was the room. I was travelling alone and I felt very safe. Easy to get tuk tuk. Walking distance to Havelock mall. The caretaker is very nice. Breakfast was ok.

I have stayed already four times in Havelock Gardens BnB. It is like coming to your own home in Colombo. Clean, large rooms, nicely furnished. Fantastic bathroom and strong rainshower. Shyama, the housekeeper, makes great breakfasts. Good location near Havelock City Mall and other restaurants. For some nice take away hoppers in the evening, there is a small place down the road.

It was a wonderful stay. A beautiful house, a very comfortable bed, and perfectly clean bed linen. The breakfasts were delicious, different every day, and the staff was very attentive and kind. On the first night air conditioner didn’t work properly, but it was fixed the next morning. The location is great — everything is nearby, including a new shopping mall just 5 minutes away on foot. The area is pleasant and quiet. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends. The host is a very lovely and welcoming lady.

We really liked the place. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, and the fact that we had the place to ourselves made a huge difference. The lift was a great help as well. Sharma, the house keeper, was very homely and helpful. The Sri Lankan breakfast she served was delicious.

The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Havelock City. The place felt safe and secure throughout the stay. Shyama, the housekeeper, was wonderfully kind and helpful, and her breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a spotless bathroom. We especially loved the nearby fruit stall, which offered a wide variety of seasonal fruits and fresh juices. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, and food deliveries and taxis were easy to arrange thanks to the straightforward location. Highly recommended!
