“My one night was excellent if I ever have a chance I will book it again”

“Trust me book a different hotel this hotel needs serious investment !”
Not much the hotel needs major investment it smells damp and the whole place needs an overhaul. It’s really over priced for what you actually get. Has the history and the location could be an epic hotel with serious investment.

“Historic Visit Marred By Poor Service”
The Galle Face Hotel is steeped in history. We stayed several times this trip as we enjoy taking our guests for sundowners on the lawn watching the sunset, whilst watching the traditional lowering of the flag each night.

“Great recovery hotel after flights from Europe.”
We had a great stay. Wonderful location. Gym and salt water pool. Excellent staff. Breakfast was great

I was very unwell when i arrived , and spent 4 days in bed... The Hotel staff were so accomadating.. Could not recommend them any more highly.

This hotel was an incredible experience. It is a living museum and the staff are wonderful. This hotel is elegant and timeless with all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The daily historical tour is not to be missed. I would love the chance to stay here again.
