I like everything about the poverty and John the host was too good Very good man Our flight was delayed. We checked in 4 am in the morning. I was worried how we gonna get into the apartment? but John stayed up until 4 am to receive us. I felt very bad. Very large, new and comfortable apartment at the 7th floor of a modern building providing everything needed. Stunning view from the balconies and large windows at each room. Supermarket, pharmacy , restaurants and cafes just a fee steps away. We enjoyed the large swimming pool at the top terrace on 32nd floor. John is extremely friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to come again!

The location was close everything, including tourist attractions, Hotels, night shopping.

Very good location - quiet around all embassies, therefore very safe. Uber works very well, but tuk-tuks are always waiting in front of the apartments. It's cheap, the store 200 m is very well stocked with all products - even European. John a wonderful host and very good contact with him. I highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for a whole month - wonderful swimming pools - one on the 32nd floor, the other on the fifth. There is also a café and a small restaurant on site.

Loved my stay there. It was really comfortable and peaceful. The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

- Check in excellent, very accommodating with times - Host John and co host Lahiru extremely helpful, polite and communicative - flat was brilliant - well furnished, everything clean and tidy, everything in excellent working condition - very thoughtful hosts - even left a welcome hamper - location excellent - lots of great restaurants nearby and supermarket within very close walking distance - amenities of the complex were great - rooftop infinity swimming pool was amazing,, gym was very good, badminton court and pool/billiards table which can be booked from reception - we used the facilities every day and was great. - they very kindly let us check out late in order to get ready for a friend's wedding in the evening which was incredibly helpful and we are ever so grateful for thei generosity and help - overall a great stay and probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Would recommend 100% and if I ever come back to Sri Lanka will definitely stay at this great place with this lovely gents!

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, it has beautiful views and is very well equipped. Extra highlight are the common areas, especially the swimming pool on 32nd floor. With three sleeping rooms it is perfect for families. The location is great and it was easy to get around, as tuctucs frequently pass by.
