Sudassie and her husband were both very kind and welcoming and their hospitality made the stay even better. My stay at Colombo Orchard Villa was truly wonderful, thanks to the incredible hosts, Sudassie and Prabhat. They are very kind people, and their Buddhist background brings a beautiful, peaceful culture to the home. The entire "vibe" of the villa is so positive and happy! It is perfectly located in a vibrant part of Colombo, very close to a great market area and an excellent variety of restaurants. It is an accessible, safe, and welcoming environment that I highly recommend, especially for solo travelers.

A nice little family run place, super clean, well maintained! The host family you share the spacious top floor condo with is very nice and helpful with great advice that helped me a lot during my travels. Their morning coffee with biscuits is delicious too!

The family who owns the house is very nice. The location is ok, a 15-20 minutes tuk-tuk ride from the tourists spot. There are also restaurants near the house. It was clean. The room is tiny, but is enough for one person.

The villa was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The interiors felt modern yet cozy, with a beautiful high ceiling and well-equipped kitchen. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

It is center of the city and it was so convenient for myself. The parliament ground is located very close to the facility and if you are a runner, this would be an ideal location to have a nice run during your stay. And the owner was so nice and friendly. He offered me a fresh juice also after my evening runs.

Beautiful property with super kind hosts. They went above and beyond. Offering tea and coffee. Also they have a nice cat.

The hosts were so kind and welcoming. They made it feel like a home away from home. They assisted us with a taxi from the airport and offered us great advice for restaurants nearby. The hospitality was 10/10 and couldn’t recommend them more. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Colombo.

Location perfect for getting to the immigration department in the morning - 7 minutes in traffic. Many restaurants nearby. Breakfast 7 USD - paid in LKR superb. Couldn’t eat it all. Immaculate accommodation finished to a very high standard. The hosts went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Excellent value for money.

Very neat and clean. The house is beautiful and full of lush greenery. The hosts were kind, warm, welcoming and were very helpful at every turn. I spent Diwali in Sri Lanka, away from family, but they encouraged me to buy little lamps and decorate the house. I was very touched and I thank them for their incredible kindness. Definitely will come back
