The location was great. The access to the property is convenient. Nearby shops and options are so close. Linen and towels were fresh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Clock Inn Colombo during my visit to Sri Lanka. Overall, my experience was quite positive, and I would happily recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. The location was ideal. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and were very accommodating and helpful during my stay.

“Unfair Policy and Fraudulent with a customer”
Highly unrecommended Hotel . The hotel policy is absolutely unfair and fraudulent. Your account is unsafe and any amount will be deducted without any prior information or intimation. I have done for 14 days, but I couldn't reach the facility, hotel deducted the amount of $520 from my account without any intimation or information.As I couldn't reach the facility. And asked for refund of amount for days in which I have not availed the facility or for next upcoming days of non availing facility. But Hotel Clock Inn management didn't returned a single penny. I contacted everywhere hotel management by phone by email and through booking.com. No one listened to me. Therefore, in any case your account is very insecure and you can face any fraudulent from Hotel Clock Inn. Therefore highly unrecommended for living as a foreigner.

“Smelling rooms but nice staff”
The staff were friendly and tried the best to help but the dorm rooms were definitely not a place I'd like to sleep. In fact, I ended up booking somewhere else regardless of the no refund room. My advice is to have a look at the bed rooms and washrooms in person and do not book online as you may be sorely dissatisfied. The communal outside area was fine and staff helpful though.
