Staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready to support. We came with our two year old baby and one staff even gave her a teddy bear. Room service food was actually much better priced than in food outlets and service is fast enough.

The Best Western was good value for money. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was helpful, and several occasions invited me for an on the house drink in the Rooftop bar which has great views!!! It's clean, has a good breakfast and anything you need the staff can organise l. The porters l, and cleaners were also very nice! Good hotel.

Some staff were very nice trying to compensate for no fridge. The restaraunt mama Acer was happy to oblige by having an omelette (Sri Lankan style) made.

“Price-performance ratio does not match at all”
The service was unsatisfactory. I paid extra for breakfast. When I entered the breakfast room, the table wasn't set, and the products like fruit, fruit juice, butter, confectionery, and milk were practically all empty. The presentation wasn't nice, it was dirty, and overall, it wasn't really clean. The manager was just on his phone, and I had to go to him and "ask" about breakfast products. What annoys me even more is that everyone always asks about money and payment first. Instead of the guest first experiencing the service and the "product," and then paying. Finally, I'm still receiving emails in a language I can't even read. In summary, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Door knob of room door was loose. AC didnt work properly. Massive pillar right next to the bed, have to avoid smacking your head on it when getting out of bed. TV channels didnt work. Beds were creaking.
