Peaceful but in the city.

Room was large and comfortable. It was nice to have a swimming pool. Staff were helpful but we struggled to be understood sometimes as we only speak English.

The Staff at front end was so polite but only one speaks English. But the Back end team was not at good friendly and supportive just want to grab money , however, the staff of back end specailly reservation team should train well to behave to the guest

“Small quiet paradise in a city”

A rustic ”small paradise” in a middle of Colombo. Pool was good, rooms as well. We did not wanted to stay in fancy turist hotel with hundred other quests. I can recommend this for i.e. families. There were squirrels, lovely cat and late afternoon we also saw big bats eating fruits from the huge trees.

Really beautiful space. The antique furniture was a nice touch and the whole design of the place just worked so well.

The property’s location was excellent—very central, which is exactly why we chose it. While the photos looked great and the two on-site staff did their absolute best to help us during a challenging situation, there were some issues beyond their control that the owners need to address.

Booked this property ahead of visiting Colombo, and arrived to find out we were the only guests there. We had to property to ourselves and it was really really nice. The rooms are big, light and cool. The breakfast every morning was good and filling- the staff are 10/10

The building is a bit dated and could perhaps benefit from some renovation. But it also has its charm, a very nice atrium with a huge tree. The room is spacious and clean - a small oasis in the middle of a big, noisy city.
