“A comfortable stay in a fairytale castle.”
It was like staying in comfortable home. Individually furnished, a totally unique experience, in a very beautiful part of Bavaria.

We had an amazing stay here, such a cool experience. The owner was lovely and gave us a lift when she drove past and saw us struggling up the hill with our luggage. You’re able to explore the castle which is beautifully decorated and there are deer at the grounds. The breakfast was great and dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

The castle is marvelous and the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend dinner in the restaurant, the food is incredible. There were even red squirrels to be seen climbing around the trees and castle walls.

“Wonderful Castle Experience”
It was wonderful being able to roam the castle. The room was very small but I gather that's a castle. Having a lift was an extra bonus. Awesome experience

Just wonderfull! This 1000 yr old castle is a treat to say in. Rustic, quirky and comfortable! We also enjoyed a fabulous meal in the restaurant with really top notch service. And the breakfast were spectacular . Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay. It feels like you are placed back in the middle ages, but with the modern comfort of now. I will visit the Burg again in the future for sure.
