“Comfortable stay in a lovely historic/period hotel in the centre of a lovely village”
The hotel was in the centre of historic Collonges-la-Rouge in a delightful historic building. It has a small garden and breakfast or dinner can be taken either in the dining room or in the garden. The village has a lovely atmosphere with the red stone buildings as well as a lot of history. The small Château de Vassinhac provides a fascinating visit.

“What an amazing, quaint place!”
Collonges La Rouge is a unique, pretty village, and it felt special to be able to stay there, as most visitors were only there for the day. The dinner on the terrace with the view of the unusual red brick buildings in the evening sun as pictured, and breakfast in a delightful morning room with a different but equally pleasant view were delicious, so all in all, a great stay.

“Perfect location, picturesque, great service and simple accommodation”
Beautiful property in the centre of the village. The terrace was beautiful and well shaded. The property was carefully kept as cool as possible, despite the 40 degree temperature. Most importantly, the lady who ran it was very proactive and accommodating, including for our small baby who made some noise in the evening! Thank you.

Lovely building in perfect position, a little raised above the street level on the edge of the village and with particularly good views as a result. Warm welcome and very good service, excellent breakfast and dinner too.
