Overall cleanliness and appearance/decor of the hotel and room was excellent. The kitchenette was a great feature - we had breakfast in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location within very short walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Easy access to local trails. Short drive to Blue Mountain Village/Ski Resort. We would definately stay here again and recommend it.

“Fab short honeymoon stay”
I booked this stay as a wedding present for my niece. Correspondence with staff via email was excellent and they arranged for roses to be in the room. The bride and groom loved their stay and recommended it for future trips

“I would not book this hotel again.”
The entire hotel was lovely with the exception of us not being able to get into our rooms. This for me was totally unacceptable. Pushing the button in the email worked sometimes and did not work other times. This led me to have to wake one of my guests one time and left us in the hall messing around with our phones multiple times. I have never in my life had a hotel room be so difficult to get into. Friends booked a close by room and they had the same problem.

“Downtown Adventures in Collingwood”
We loved the location, which was downtown Collingwood. It was away from the hustle and busyness of Blue Mountain, but still in a close distance if we wanted to visit. The rooms were luxurious, clean and cozy.
