Clean room and all the emenities you could ask for. Microwave, fridge, and a 32" TV. Hot shower and clean towels. Couldn't ask for more from such an affordable accommodation. Would definitely visit again. BTW, A 15-30 minute drive to the blue mountains ski resort(depending on weather conditions). Worth every penny if you want to extend your day ski trip to a weekend trip.

“Possibly worth $100 per night if you don't mind insects”
The owners are Relax Inn are lovely people. However, I don't think I will return to this inn. I am not comfortable with insects, especially spiders and spiders were everywhere, especially hanging off the outside doors. Although I Did not see spiders in my room, I see see a fly and an ant and I am sure the spider was just more skilled at remaining undetected. I was told they are dealing with a spider infestation. The bathroom is clean enough but the carpet in the mainroom is old and scary. The walls are not thick and its easy to hear the next room over. Luckily it was not busy. The showerhead was almost broken, I played with it for a while and got it to function, but it functioned poorly with very little water pressure. The mattress was extremely hard (fortunately I like that) and the 2 pillows were extemely flimsy ( I do not like that). For the price, I would expect a better looking room, more updated and NO insects inside and NO spiders making their home on the outside door. Given the value, this price per night should be closer to $100, not $150.

“Bad smell no cleanliness.”
Room was really smelly and I requested to owner to refund me money back but she didn’t and we also didn’t stay in the property that night. We just left after all that bad experience.

“Great basic place near Collingwood and Wasaga”
Staff very nice- it’s far from Blue Mountain but close to Collingwood -great if you’re skiing and driving -too far for an uber from the ski hill though
