“My stay was horrible I didn't get any rest and the place was nasty”
I checked in at 3:30 came back at 7:00 could not get any sleep because the kids next door was beating on the wall making my head board shake then I talked to the attendant on duty I called them from 7:00 to 1:00 in the morning and the kids did not stop until 1:00 I went to sleep and back awake at 5:00 when the parents were arguing. Also when I checked for bed bugs looking under the mattress there was a sex toy someone left in the room I took it to the attendant when I first checked in and we joked about it My biggest concern was that the general manager who was called several times did not reach out to me or even extend a credit and when I signed in the room I should have left right then because there was a couple that was leaving who had just checked in and they stated that they would not feel safe leaving their dog in the room at this particular place and it was not clean with holes in the wall the hallways were all stained and needs some attention. I didn't necessarily need a sweet but their rooms were affordable for what I needed which was just a nice rest to drive back 2 hours to Austin Texas.
