“Overall recommended”
Central, clean and offers basically all you need. We stayed there for one month (experiment at TAMU). The rooms were quite large.

“Nice stay for very reasonable price.”
Location was convenient to university and shopping. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet from outside noise. It has a nice common area in the lobby for hanging out/snacking and outdoor area was also nice and inviting. Fitness gym was in good condition.

I was put in a 4th floor room with a very loud, constant noise above the room (AC compressor or elevator) and immediately asked to move to another room which was quieter.

This place is clean, friendly and affordable. The building is showing some wear and tear but it is still a nice place to stay. The room is very comfortable.
