“Fantastic hotel for Abruzzo exploration”

After 3-nights stay I can tell you: choose this hotel for your base of exploration in Abruzzo mountains. In terms of technicals: its close to a highway, affordable, located in quiet village and with local atmosphere. But there is more. You get nice room, possibly with mountain ridge view, tasty food, excellent dinner in restaurant and extremally unique chess set to use. Brilliant. On top of that, you are serviced and befriended by smiling owners.

Exceptional staff, so friendly, accomodated our ride back to Rome.We had exceptional dinner and good selection for breakfast! Room was impeccably clean and had very comfortable bed. View from the window was picturesque and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The place is quiet and relaxing with wonderful mountain views. The staff is very nice and respectable. They are family and they treat you as a family. Furniture is classic and a bit old but clean. The restaurant is perfect with delicious food.

Lovely hosts and location - we were only there for one night but Sara gave as a wonderful itinerary for the following day of all the things to do in the area and it did not disappoint!

staff were excellent Sarah was extremely helpful with ideas for visits and very friendly . Danny gave great service and suggestions in the restaurant .The food both for breakfast and evening meals was delicious and very reasonably priced .

Perfect place for excursions to the Gran Sasso mountains and to visit many villages of countryside. Great and kind host. She gave us many information about good restaurants, excursions and country festivals.

everything was perfect!! we stayed for almost a week. the whole team made us feel happy and comfortable. the location is perfect for both hiking and going to the beach. we will definitely stay there again!

Large room with fridge and small terrace overlooking the mountains. Whirlpool bath was a bonus. Ample on-site parking. Restaurant on-site was good with great local wine and used by locals. Breakfast quality ok. Small lift available but no stairs from 1st floor to ground.

Perfect location right under the mountains. They automatically upgraded our room for larger one since we arrived with two little kids (thank you again!). Large tub, minifridge in the room, which is amazing. Also, they sent us an email with tips for trips in surrounding area, which we used and we did not know about before (like Calanchi di Atri).
