This was an amazing place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and all the facilities were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. Perfect respite for tired pilgrims on the Via Francigena.

Marguerita and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide an exceptional service. The hotel is very clean, the view from my room to the upper old town was beautiful and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend others to lodge here.

“A good stopover choice in the centre of town”
Staff welcomed us warmly and shared information about the local area. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and choice. Rooms are simple but comfortable.

A good night's sleep and Great breakfast.. Dog friendly although we didn't have one. Margherita, the receptionist was fantastic and went out of her way to help us when we thought we'd lost a mobile phone.

“Friendly great value and comfortable hotel on Via Francigena”
Lovely old hotel with friendly staff and everything you needed for a comfortable stay in Val Col D’Esta. We were on the Via Francigena and staff advised us to walk straight to river which was great advice missing some road stretches.
