Beautiful rustic and large apartment. Pool was lovely and the olive grove was serene and relaxing. Host was helpful. The historic area of the old town is a 15 minute drive and not to be missed.

“Heaven in Tuscany!”

As you make your way up a typical Tuscan gravel road, the kind that could be straight out of a film or the cover of a book, you slowly climb towards heaven. And when you arrive at La Pieve, it might just be heaven itself. An oasis of peace and privacy, with only three tastefully decorated apartments. We stayed for two weeks in the largest one and enjoyed every minute. What was once an old horse stable has been transformed into a luxurious, spacious apartment with a large living room, a generous bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. Outside, hidden among hundreds of olive trees, lies a beautiful saltwater pool. More than once, we had it all to ourselves, making relaxation and recharging almost effortless. And the question: absolutely no downsides? Well, perhaps the firm mattress, even after two weeks we couldn’t quite get used to it. But beyond that? For us, it was 100% bellissima!

We loved everything! The property has character and charm and is most definitely worthy of a 10/10 rating. The accommodation, grounds (including swimming pool set in an olive grove) and location are all exquisite. Daniela, the host was so helpful and friendly.

We loved the tranquility and the fact that there are only three apartments so you feel like you have the place all to yourselves. A secret hideaway surrounded by woods,olive trees and nature. Perfect for evening walks. Approached by a very long and beautiful tree lined driveway. The property can't be seen from the road and the only sign is to the ancient church that sits in the grounds. Close to Volterra, San Gimignano and Col di Val d'elsa and well positioned for Siena and the Val D'orcia. The apartment was large, stunning and beautifully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was amazing and in an idyllic setting. Daniela was an amazing and generous host and we felt so at home at La Pieve.They produce their own extra virgin olive oil that you can purchase. 10 stars is not enough to properly rate this property. I wish there were more stars to give it. It's a truly stunning paradise and is everything that you could wish for in a Tuscan stay and more. It's the essence of Tuscany.

“Tranquility at Agriturismo La Pieve...”

Beautiful farmhouse with such elegant touches. Chandeliers, candles, wine. Loved La Pieve, the olive groves, birds and the sweet cats on the property. The lap pool is so much bigger in person. The bed and pillows are very comfortable 😌 Daniela the host is such a beautiful person, whom goes out of her way for her guests, because of her kind heart. So peaceful here, felt very rejuvenated. After hectic days sight-seeing, La Pieve was a godsend. So peaceful, with a lovely pool and a delightful and attentive host.

Very beautiful property and surroundings. Apartment we stayed in was very spacious, well designed with a lovely interior. A bottle of bubbles had kindly been put in the fridge for us by the lovely owner, Daniela. The pool amongst the olive groves is idyllic. I recommend reading the guest folder that has been provided as it is very informative re. restaurants / spa treatments / supermarkets / attractions etc nearby and it also provides a lovely little history about the family and property. A considerable amount of time and effort has gone into making this a very special and restful escape.

Everything. Beautiful place surrounded by olive trees. Very clean and comfy apartments, the kitchen is well equipped with everything to cook. The rooms are super fresh even when outside is very warm because of the thick stone walls and there are mosquito nets at the door which is always a plus. The internet connection is very stable for whoever wants to work remotely from there. Swimming pool was clean and always available to use. It is a short drive away from Colle di Val d'Elsa where you can find great bars and restaurants and the village is very beautiful too. We will definitely come back.

This is an absolute gem of a find; a beautifully presented boutique experience in a stunning environment. The owner, Daniella is so friendly, helpful and relaxed and attention to detail is amazing to make sure you have the best experience and is on hand for anything you need at all!

Staying at this location was wonderful. The owner was friendly and and the apartment we stayed in was 1000 Square feet. The pool was wonderful and the other guests were friendly. Perfect location.. wished we would of stayed here longer. We definitely would visit again.
