“Can't go wrong”
YThis property is fantastic. From the location to the staff, cleanliness, quietness and breakfast. The only minor issue is spotty wifi. If there are many people using it, ie evenings, it slows. NB: all the staff seem very happy, so IMO, this speaks volumes to the management !

“Good stay in centro Colima with great breakfast”
Nice stay in a good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and other sights in Centro. Great breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Only Spanish is spoken. I speak some Spanish but sometimes have difficulty understanding. The young man at check in spoke slowly and I was able to understand what he was saying.

Excellent breakfast and location. Nice pool area although the pool was closed during our visit. It is a nice area to sit outside.

“Great hotel , good location”
This is a lovely hotel the place is spotlessly clean and all the staff we met were friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. The shower in the room has to be one of the most powerful showers I've ever had. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the small but perfect pool on a hot day. The breakfast buffet came with the room rate and was perfectly acceptable. Another good thing is the parking that belongs to the hotel and is very close. We really enjoyed our night at the hotel and in Colima itself we walked 5 minutes to the main square and all the restaurants and bars, with some lovely music playing.

“I guess is ok if you stay there for a working night.”
Sure, it is important that they take care of the general state of the rooms. The paint on the walls was terrible, the lamps were sticked together with tape, I asked them to change rooms and they showed me another room downstairs that smelled very damped. The staff was doing their best but they really need to take care of the place.
