It felt so homely and welcoming, it was so clean and had everything you’d need. The added touch was the Xbox 360 with a great selection of games. The views were amazing. Rooms and bed was amazing and we had the best night sleep in ages.

Plenty of room for a family of four and a dog. Nicely decorated throughout with everything you need. Air conditioning which was a life saver for visiting in July.

What a fabulous house in an amazing location. The house has all gone comforts needed for any length of stay, whether you dine out, or in. Televisions, Alexa, Games, or chill in the garden with a bbq. You can walk to the shore of Lake Como in 10 minutes. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The scenery around the lake is spectacular. My friends and me loved our stay here, while touring around Europe on motorcycles. I would highly recommend this pace, and very reasonable price also for the quality of the house.

“Best getaway with beautiful views in a quit place”

The location is a bit up which requested just a little bit of walking (upward) but for those who are aware of that (and/or sporty types) this will be great. The walk up was a very good idea after a nice lunch or dinner by the lake. The property is well equipped (especially the kitchen - more than you can expect, eg a regular size fridge and stove), plus a hairdryer and an iron. The bed is very comfortable (as for a person with back issues). Planty of space in a wardrobe. One full bathroom and one with a toilet. Very good heating system (we did not use air conditioning) and very good internet. The place is very good, clean, comfortable and quit. We enjoyed early morning walks (many places to go with dogs). The place is a bit hidden from shops and regular traffic (which was perfect for us)

Everything was just perfect and even much better then we expected. The owner is very helpful and always prompt reacted if any questions arise. The area is quite and nice, and you will enjoy amazing views from terrace and garden. Every detail in the house is thorough out and make you feel like at home. You will have everything needed during stay and for us it was one of the best place we ever stayed. Definitely recommend for everyone who is planned a trip to Como.

The apartments are clean and well equiped, not far from the city center, there is a garden with a grill for barbeque - very family friendly. The host is very responsive. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

- If you go by train, it's max 10 mins from the train station and the way is easy. If you go by car there is a lot of place to leave your car, safe to leave it (important if this is rental car, so no risk of damages, scratches and so on). - Clear and easy instructions on how to enter the property. - Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker + some cofree capsules and sugar, fridge. Maybe you can find also some oil, salt and other things that could be left by guests for other. If not, 10 mins by foot you will reach a shop (Le Gran Bottega) where you can buy everything you need, open even on Sunday. - There is TV in the main room, even small in the bedroom, there's even XBOX in the second bedroom (more for kids). - Bathroom (shower and toilet) upstairs close to bedrooms, with a set of soaps, shampoo and so on. Also there's another toilet downstairs. - Nice terrace where you can eat your breakfast looking at the mountains (and partially lake). - It was quitet, there's no big street there, no huge traffic, for 2 days we saw only 3 people there :) - Mosquito net in all windows, including the terrace entry. On the property on the other side of the small road, there were some cows and other animals, so there could be more flies, so these nets were a great idea. BTW, don't want to say it was a minus, but can mention that neighbors had a terrible mess on their property, LOL :) and that made the view a less pleasant. - A little piece of grass, where you can also seat, relax and breathe the clean air. ...and probably a few more things that I already forgot, but the stay was really comfortable. I regret we stayed only for 2 days, 4 or 5 would be more than perfect, and we would have to chance to use everything there ;) Really made a very very good impression.
