Friendly and helpful, great breakfast in the garden, room was quiet, ideal location close to the station and a short walk from the lake.

A great base to visit Lake Como from. Barbara was immediately friendly and welcoming, and all staff were fantastic throughout our stay, very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was lovely with a boutique feel, and perfectly clean. Was also cleaned while we were at breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Can’t recommend highly enough, would definitely book again if back in the area!

The place is in a really good location for travellers, it's just 5 minutes away from the train station. Contact and communication with the stuff was really good and friendly, we had a very late check in but they explained to us how to check in very clearly.

Comfortable, slightly dated hotel. Friendly reception staff.

I only have two basic requirements when booking accommodation: a clean room and hot water. Unfortunately, this property failed on the latter — there was no hot water at all during my stay. Whether you're arriving from a long journey or simply trying to relax, a cold shower is not what you expect, especially when this is such a basic amenity. It really overshadowed anything else the property may have had going for it. Would not stay again unless this issue is guaranteed to be resolved.

A gem in Colico. Very friendly staff, lovely clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Very quiet yet close to great restaurants and the lake. Highly recommend it.
