Location is fine. Not superb, but everything is nearby. Enough parking space. Felt very welcomed. Had a question about a late checkin and they were very kind and accommodating. Always helped with a smile. Thank you!

Very friendly and kind people looking after this hotel, excellent location in the middle of the mountains- Como lake is outstanding, good breakfast,clean quiet rooms - ideal for relaxing. It’s very good for mountain runners like me to stay here as you have a direct access to the mountains - if you want to go to the other side of the lake there is a bus stop just next to a hotel , you catch a bus and 20-30 min later you are on the other side depends where you want to go - absolutely recommended :)

Easy check in procedure and good communication from hotel.

The hotel is very clean, very central location with lots of parking available, and the breakfast buffet was quite good.

“A friendly stay”

Friendly staff, a great free breakfast (yogurt, fruit, croissants, coffee machine, fruit juice) and wonderfully clean. It’s an old hotel and a walk from the centre of Colico, but perfect for our one night stay. It has a certain charm about it with the post-modern bar area!

Comfortable, simple hotel, but clean. Very nice staff. Extensive breakfast. The hotel is located on a Colico exit road, not really close to the center, but reasonably close to a great surfing beach with a nice terrace and restaurant, also nice for non-surfers.

Good value for money; Due to the fact that the reception would have been closed by the time we arrived, they left the key with a message for us in order to ve able to enter the room. The host was very considerate and kind to us and made us feel like home.

“Lovely staff, decent hotel”

Staff were lovely, felt like a B&B. Bed was comfy enough, the hotel is a bit dated and has old Italian plugs but the staff gave us an adapter so was no problem. Included breakfast was great with croissants, muesli and fruit

Really good place to stay in Colico! The lady at the reception was very friendly and accommodating, communication was on point, always got a quick response. The location is good, a 15 minutes walking distance from Colico train station, and close to the shore of the lake and many retaurants and attractions. The breakfast was the best, this family run place was excelent best service and super kind hosts. We will definelty come back next time we are in Lake Como.
