We had a lovely stay, in the care of the friendly Simona. Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, private parking, and most importantly: The location! Away from the centre of Colico, uphill and in a quiet area, the foresteria scores high on all aspects. Good beds, a very decent breakfast, all we needed was provided with abundance and friendliness. In short: a perfect place to stay!

First of all the property has an amazing view of Como lake. The entire house is so clean and cozy and the room has also a little dressing. the entire room, including the toilet is very very clean and it is amazing that you can find there little staff like toothbrush. Last but not the least, breakfast is so delicious and fresh because the host is a great cook.

Great Host. Location is marvelous. If you have car then it is convenient. Otherwise 2 km walk from station. But value for money. I got all those required facilities which I never got on other b&b.it was amazing stay there.

Location was good. Up on the hill overlooking lake Como. Walking into the town of Cólico was a 15 minute walk. Room was very comfortable and very clean with a very private balcony. Hostess very helpfull.

We were welcomed by the most kind and lovely hostess. The room was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast is superb. The bed is super confortable and the wifi signal is great. We loved it!

Villa Simona is located on a hillside and offers a breathtaking view of Lake Como. The cottage itself is very tastefully done. Simona is extremely kind and hospitable. The breakfast is great.
