Quiet and peaceful place. Room and bathroom new and very clean. Delicious breakfasts. Easy access to the dining room and kitchen items. The owners are very friendly and helpful and contact with them is quick and without problems.

The location was truly wonderful, a bit outside the center. Our host Manuela welcomed us warmly and provided us with some excellent recommendations that were very helpful. Rooms were beautifully arranged and extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which contributed to our well-being. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, providing an excellent start to the day. I would especially like to highlight the ample free parking available in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. Overall, our stay at Foresteria was truly seamless and excellent. I sincerely recommend your accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting.

“Great hotel, we liked everything.”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

“Great stay in the middle of the forest”

I liked being in the middle of the forest and the family room which was big enough for a family of 4. The owner (Manuela) and her parents were very welcoming and helpful during our stay (but they don't live in this house, they are just there for checking and breakfast). The breakfast was very varied & fresh despite the fact that we were alone. They also helped with some alternatives due to our allergies. Despite the cold outside, the room was warm (just heating seems to go down during the night, but not too much). WiFi working very well and Netflix available on the TV. I will be gladly back!

Literally everything! Property is fresh and clean, has everything needed. Delicious breakfasts. The landscape is stunning... We were unlucky to get rainy weather and had no car - landlady gave us a lift to the train station, very kind of her 🙏

“Perfect place to enjoy and to travel around lake Como”

We did a little round trip through Europe and stayed at this cosy place for three nights. It is located at a quite place in the mountains not far away from the city centre. The family hosting us was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed advice on our travel. Also the breakfast was fantastic. Thinking back we could have stayed there for one whole week (and even longer) to visit places at lake Como. We can only suggest staying at Foresteria Lombarda San Rocco and will definitely come back! :)

Brand new property, surrounded by the woods. The B&B has only 3 rooms and you have the sensation of being in your own second house far from home! The owner and host was extremely friendly and helpful; great breakfast, with different choices and fresh/local products

The place is really nice. I think that the combination between Nature and the architecture of the Foresteria create a comfortable atmosphere for enjoy and relax. Our experience was very nice. Manuela is a professional. Thank you!
