Amazing location, friendly and incredible helpful host (thank you so much Fulvio - particularly for allowing an early check in and being so kind bringing welcome drinks and snacks and things for our toddler). The property was clean and had all that we needed for our stay as a family of 5.

“Lake Como + Bernina family trip”
Great location. Lake facing with a great view of the lake and mountains from the living room. 5 minute walk from the station with convenient trains to Milan, Varenna and Tirano + Bernina. Nice spacious apartment. A tip for guests like me who don't speak Italian. Please communicate with the host in advance , use Google Translate and take help from one of the friendly locals in the Piazza if required.
