Very clean and relaxing place to stay.the view is excellent.we enjoyed our stay in turquoise house a family friendly place the pool and the jacusi is very clean and relaxing. We will definitely coming back.

Turquoise House is a beautiful guesthouse that is perfectly located to have a wonderful view of the lake, clean and well organized rooms Kind, discreet and attentive staff, equipped kitchen, landscaped yard with gazebo, swimming pool, and jacuzzi (clean and still in use at the end of September). All this makes you want to come back.

Great location with an amazing view of the lake and surroundings. Very kind owners that did everything to make sure our stay was pleasant. We had dinner and breakfast at the resort with lots of local/homemade specialities. We even bought some for the way home :) Place was spotless clean, rooms big and a big terrace overlooking the lake.

Ww booked it in order to get some rest away from the busy every day life. It was for me, my partner and my parents. At 12 midnight we asked the lady at the reception to help us with the noise. There was a group of people having a private party, shouting in the microphone. Our room was above the party place, so it was impossible to rest. We contacted the number on booking.com. The gentleman was irritated by our call as we woke him up. I wish we could have slept. Asking him to help up with the noise, he said people come to party and if we are not happy to leave and he’ll pay us double. 1 am Saturday we were supposed to check out my elderly parents and leave ?? where ? Extremely rude! We expected him to at least return our several calls last night this morning and compensate our discomfort and lack of sleep. I would never come back and never ever recommend it to anyone. Also, the price is too high for what you get, never mind the experience we had. Extremely disappointed !

Everything

The room was new, clean and comfortable. There are parking place outside the building. The pool and jacuzzi was excellent. The most impressive thing in the place was the view to the lake.

Great stay, with a great view and everything you need. Big common spaces, big kitchen and big rooms, equiipen with everything you need. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and even helped woth recommendations for activitoes and places to eat. Had a great time!

We've had an awesome view of the lake and the mountains, great vibes, friendly staff and everything was clean. Pool & jacuzzi, music outdoors! For night lovers, you get a clear view of the night sky, low light pollution (I could actually see the Milky Way with my bare eyes).

Apart from its setting, its swimming pool and its pleasant view of the lake, the description of the hotel does not correspond to BOOKING's advertisement. The hotel is quite far from the lake and far from any food shops. The hotel has 7 rooms, only one of which has a lake view. All the equipment listed by BOOKING is not in the rooms but is shared on the ground floor in the common room. Contrary to the announcement, there is Internet. Bring your food for breakfast (no snack on site).

“Amazing place, amazing view and super comfy bed!”

Turqoise house far exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do it justice. Being up on the hill gives it the best view in the whole place! We’ve had the best feeling sitting in the pool overlooking the whole lake. The villa is super clean, smells amazing, and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equiped, there’s a bbq area and draft beer! Jacuzzi and swimming pool are heated and available to use 24/7 (perfect for that midnight champagne glass in tbe jacuzzi ;) ) And lastly, the host is such an amazing person! Super welcoming and friendly. All in all, an excellent experience and one piece of advice: 1 night can’t ever be enough. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t want to leave!
