“Cosy cabin in the middle of nature with everything you need”

Amazing location on the south side of the lake. We arrived in the middle of snow fall but all went well and communications were super easy. Sorin had already prepared local help to pull us out in case we got stuck but fortunately it was not necessary! The cabin is very cosy and spacious and has everything you need. When we arrived Sorin had already prepared the fire place for us and also the floor heating makes it really comfortable. Overall a very nice welcome and we felt at home straight away and spent some lovely days reading, walking and making campfire. The place has an amazing view and you feel totally disconnected from everything and in the middle of nature. We had great days and wished we could have stayed longer but will be back for sure.

The host was helpful and welcoming. Kept in touch respectfully during the stay and was prompt in helping us out with everything. The scenery was magical, it's a private place, rarely passing cars and nature around us. It had everything we needed. Definitely will return!

The host gave us all the info we needed and more. :) He showed us how to get to the lake, hints of tips for local restaurants, shops, hiking areas etc. The house is in absolute peace in the forest, up on the mountain.

Great location, view, and "barn" quality. The location was equipped with everything we needed. Very good communication with the host who was kind enough to provide a baby bed.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at this charming chalet. It was cozy yet well-equipped, with a comfortable bedroom and a pull-out sofa for the kids. The fireplace and mountain views made each evening special, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for family meals. The location was ideal, with easy access to trails and local spots. The host was welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this chalet for a peaceful family retreat — we can’t wait to return!

The chalet has everything you need and more! It's fully equipped, and the views are just spectacular. The location is a bit remote, but you can take really nice walks around the area, down to the lake, or around the mountains. This place really exceeded my expectations.

The beautiful environment in the mountains and the lovely worden tiny house. Very quiet, you can hear the sound of the birds. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the sun on the teras of the cabin.

It was our second time at La Hambare. This time we stayed in the middle cabin and it was almost the same as the first one. Everything was perfect! If you want some privacy, quiet, calmness, nature, fresh air and serenity this is the place for you. Sorin, the host, is a friendly person that managed to create a place well integrated and in harmony with nature. Can't wait to return!
