Shabnam, the host, was wonderful, polite, cheerful, helpful, and responding to our every need. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Parking was convenient right outside the property. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The hosts are wonderful people – incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. From the very beginning, we felt like welcome guests rather than just customers. They were happy to share tips on what to see in the area and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and genuine Italian hospitality in the heart of the Dolomites. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such an amazing week at Residence Settsass - lovely clean, very peaceful apartment with beautiful views from the balcony, a really friendly welcome and help & advice during our stay, and a perfect location for walking, bike hire etc. Would definitely return!

Welcoming owners (even the dog). Large and quiet apartment situated away of the main roads. All sparkling clean and super comfortable. Perfectly equipped kitchen for simple and possibly for complex things. Nice and more serious hikes right from the door. Close to other multiple hikes. We also enjoyed during a rainy day the Ladin Museum and Nature House not too far away.

“Fantastic family ski apartment in Colfosco”

New apartments, well furnished. Beds were firm. It was very warm, and fine with the windows open. The ski bus stops almost outside but otherwise it’s a short walk. The staff are lovely and the room is cleaned regularly. Nice views from most of the apartments.

Residence Setsass is an incredible place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to make yourself at home with all the appliances you may require to prepare meals. It is a very spacious apartment with secure parking really close by (approx. 150m walk). Alex and Shabnam were so accommodating and friendly. Residence Setsass is located in Colfosco, between Ortisei and Cortina d’Ampezzo which was perfect for exploring the Dolomites. Colfosco itself has ample hiking routes and amazing restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent serviced apartments within walking distance of beautiful hikes, restaurants and cable cars. We stayed a week, and we (and our dog) were made to feel very welcome.
