I had a special request regarding the check-in time, and the hosts kindly accommodated me. Everything was organized perfectly. My room was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities as advertised. I really liked the interior — it’s not something you see very often. I would definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I have the chance. And by the way, Dawn, thank you again for the breakfast!

Beautiful location, amazing staff, facilities, and food. Loved the shared history and unique trinkets throughout the building. Hand-made Jewelry and jarred goods. Mountain view Wish I could have stayed longer to explore and experience the beautiful building.

I have stayed here many times and hope to stay many more. That says it all. On this occasion I had made a mistake with my booking but they were able to accommodate me anyway. Excellent experience.

Very pleasant place to stay.

Our room was very cozy, filled with beautiful and interesting antiques. The owner/staff were very welcoming. The home-cooked breakfast that was included in the price was delicious.

Comfortable and very clean room in a heritage building. We were in the "1920's Room" with corner winds and dining nook so it was especially heritage. Being right in the town core, it is a refreshing change from facilities along the highway. Close to restaurants. The included full breakfast is great. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The building and amenities were fantastic. Felt very homey, like staying at a grandparents house. My partner and I enjoyed the back patio space the evening we stayed, which was fantastic. The common room area was well equipped with books and a tv and a large comfy couch. There was nothing I needed and could not get or find. She also has a little coffee station with homemade cookies open for use whenever! The breakfast she makes in the morning is lovely, as well.

I would give this place 11/10 if I could. The owners were beyond fantastic and the accommodations were amazing. Well definitely stay there again anytime we are passing through. The owners are incredibly good hosts.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Accommodation is an "inn" in the old-fashioned sense and quite lovely. Comfortable, pleasant communal spaces. The owners have clearly worked at finding ways to make the place a success, and it is nice to see family businesses that have continued to thrive in the small towns of the Crowsnest Pass.

What a gorgeous place to stay! Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and we'll definitely be back! Loki was also a very sweet and friendly assistant manager :) Everything was magnificent!

Charming inn with breakfast included in a quaint mountain town. It had so much character, rooms were great and a great lounge to chill in. would highly recommend. Owners were friendly, helpful and food was amazing.

A must-stay when visiting Coleman! This historic hotel lets you truly feel the spirit of the town's past. The building is full of character, and the atmosphere takes you back in time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a unique and memorable experience
