The unit was excellently designed, and equiped with more than the usual. We found the unit perfectly clean and even disabled friendly. Would highly recommend it for a safe stay while visiting the ADDO park.

Settle Inn went out of their way to help us with organizing a boat cruise and a delicious breakfast on the day of our departure. They also upgraded our room as we had had difficulties on our journey from Cape Town to Colchester and they simply wanted to bless us.

“Satisfied and happy”
Firstly i would like to commend the owners for a well established facility the secretary is a gem with a her hospitality. Secondly would like to thank the owners for a the stay that met all our expectations especially my dad as it was his wish to have a getaway for christmas as he has stage 4 cancer he was satisfied with the trip will be definitely returning soon.

“10/10 Highly Recommend”
Our room was incredible. Spacious, clean and cozy! Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The location is in a nice, cozy gated community - right near the entrance to Addo. We loved the little extras, like fluffy blankets to sit on the couch with, Ouma Rusks by the kettle and little chocolates by the bed! It made us feel completely at home! We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location to the Addo Gate. Lovely spacious apartments with a private pool! We enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of game drives. Loved this place. Beautiful sunsets from the river!

Such a well equipped, clean, comfortable, and all-round excellent place to stay. Staff were great, easy access to Addo, lovely breakfast, and the house had everything you could possibly need. We felt safe and looked after.

- Clean and secure accommodation right at the entrance to the south gate of Addo Elephant National Park - Very friendly welcome and introduction - The entire property is surrounded by an electrified security fence; you receive a code for this via WhatsApp at check-in and a new one for each entry and exit - Overall, very safe and tidy - Parking is available behind a gate in the courtyard - The room is very large - The bathroom is a bit small (but not a big deal) - Breakfast can be added, which I recommend (cost: €6 per person) - good selection and tasty - perfect for starting your trip to Addo Elephant National Park - Great accommodation for 1-2 days while visiting Addo Elephant National Park
