“Pura is a great value for a relaxing and peaceful experience.”
The property and staff are exceptional. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and peaceful, the room was very quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Pura provides an excellent value for a luxurious experience. I plan to visit again on my next trip to the area.

“Calm, restful, comfortable with kind staff”
It's a lovely sized hotel, nice and calm with a beautiful garden. The staff were lovely and they really helped us when we realised we'd booked an extra room by accident - that really was incredibly nice of them not to charge us and very grateful.

“Lovely new hotel”
Lovely new hotel set up on a hill above town surrounded by a carefully maintained garden. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and very very clean. Even though it’s in Aysen’s biggest town, it still feels lije you’re staying out in the countryside.

Calm and relaxing. Beautiful gardens. Very helpful friendly staff. We arrived very early due to flight change, but the housekeeping staff on duty accommodated us well, despite the language barrier! Main reception staff have excellent English and gave good recommendations. Looking forward to our return trip.

“Beautiful hotel, on the outskirts of Coyaique.”
Beautiful small hotel, very close to the city of Coyaique. It is set in a beatuful garden, and the building is very elegant. The staff is friendly, the owner is charming, the room was great and it's close to the city, but not in the city

“Beautiful stay”
It’s lovely and peaceful. There is a gate to the hotel which makes it feel really secure. The owner was leaving for the day and offered us a ride into town as we were going to order a taxi. Very helpful and friendly staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable!!!
