the location is convenient to reach any other places in the town, and the working people there are super friendly and helpful, who provide useful information and prepare handson breakfast even it's 5.30am, and make room in a very careful and thoughtful way. I strongly recommend others to stay here when traveling around.

I arrived feeling very unwell. Andrew immediately jumped into action and carried everything up to my room. He also spoke with a doctor. He is very kind and helpful. Top man!

simple but very cosy. we liked the real wood floor and bar of soap in the bathroom. Also nice and warm - with "proper"(european hot water radiators) heating. Way above the quality of most other, much more pricey, Aysen accomodation
