“Absolutely devastating”
That the keys had of been in the lock box and I didn’t have to pay for another room for the night $706 later. Only to find the next day a key under a rock. And when trying to contact owner absolutely no communication

The location of the resort is amazing right on the beach and the new beach club restaurant revamp was stunning. Food was really good and the setup and ambience is modern, hip and inviting.

“Very disappointing, felt dirty and uncomfortable staying there.”
The linen was not clean, used linen on the sofa bed where the children were to sleep. Not enough towels for the number of guests booked. Poor quality linen. Large cockroach infestation coming out of linen and towels when moved. No response to any message from host. Dead bugs and cobwebs throughout. End cap missing off aluminium stair handle. Very sharp and dangerous. Only one key provided. Prior booked message mentioned 2 and that there would be charges for missing keys.

“This villa needs to be renamed to the villa that time forgot. Needs a total revamp with more attention to decor lighting”
Dark rooms barely any lights or lamps. Worn out towels too small to call a bath towel. Disgusting bed pillows poor quality. Whole place has an air of neglect and all bathrooms and kitchen are well past their sell by dates. High cost offering poor value for money. We were ultra dissatisfied and disappointed. No attention to detail and absolutely nothing provided basic like milk. I informed the owner about a blown light bulb on the landing which made staircase pitch black and dangerous. We booked last minute so maybe no preparation time given. Shame as so far all our stops have been first class.

“Struggled to leave… Amazing!”
The villa was stunning, spacious, clean & was stocked with what we needed & alittle extra (body wash, shampoo, kitchen utensils, tennis rackets & more. The villa is located right next to the car park which was awesome and the facilities on this property is amazing! Also just a short walk to the beach. The photos honestly don’t do this place justice. What topped this off for me was the amazing host, so patient & awesome to deal with. Can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely return!

“Serene Serenity”
Beautiful clean apartment and the beds were super comfy. Everything you need is available, even milk in the fridge. The pillows were a little soft, but not a deal breaker. The apartment is exactly as described in the photos. The host was very responsive to messages and gave clear directions to get to the apartment as well as how to pick up the keys. You are located just outside of Town Centre so you will need a car, as there are no shops or Cafes close by.
