Location to centre, very quiet and private. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were very grateful for the provision of fresh milk, coffee and additional goods. There was no problem with access after 8 pm. A great experience and would not hesitate to stay there whenever passing through Coffs Harbour.

Seabirds Cottage is exquisite! In a quiet location, surrounded by a fragrant garden with gardenias and roses. Just magical when the moon light shone through the kitchen windows at night.

Such a comfortable pretty cottage ! The host was generous with little extras like waffles , milk , and a nice little pantry with all the necessities.

The entire cottage was so beautifully and tastefully decorated with lots of white, high ceiling , wood and beautiful fittings and furnitures and linen throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom and kitchen were like something out of an interior styling magazine! We loved it so much! The photos looked great but it was seriously even more stunning in real life! Loved the little outdoor sitting area upon fully opening the kitchen window. The complimentary breakfast pack was super generous and yummy and included milk, waffles, fruit, granola, cookies, big bag of crisps and probably something else I forgot! It felt like visiting a family’s property! We will be back and will share our experience! What a little gem of a place ♥️

Beautiful property, clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a really comfortable stay. Great little outdoor area with fabulous eat up breakfast bar. Provided some snacks and breakfast items and all the kitchen basics you need. Loved it!

Beautiful garden, nice parking, spotless rooms and bathroom, awesome shower, great kitchen with all amenities and very close location to the beach and restaurants.

Seabirds Cottage is one of the best we have stayed in. Great communication with Elizabeth, beautifully presented cottage and a garden full of roses and the divine scent of gardenias. There is absolutely nothing to fault here, everything was perfect.

“stunning little oasis in a great location”

awesome interior design super comfortable, even asked for details to purchase things for my own apartment! bed was divine! like a cloud. shower was massive. didn't really use outside areas much. gas hot water (needed replacement). walking distance to city centre, eg king tide brewing. a short drive to beach. easy off street parking. what more could you want.

Property appeared to be recently built and was very comfortable. Well located, easy short drive to all stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very friendly and provided numerous amenities. Would definitely stay again.
