I found it hard to locate but once found it was easy to access. It was a great place for a base and the facility was comfortable.

Amazing room. The air con AND fan are both amazing. The place has everything you need. Stayed in the 2 bedroom house and the second room had their own bathroom, mini kitchen and outdoor area. Awesome pool area just on the beach with a beautiful deck that overlooks the beach. Overall this was such a great stay, would definitely come back!

Amazing amount of space, worked great for my family, had a fully functional kitchen as well as 2 bathrooms. Was an amazing add on bonus that there was a washer and dryer.

Hard to get to have to drive 3klm past over bridge then 3 to property, nothing to view just fence, it’s just like a housing estate

The view is lovely and very close for a beach walk. It rained a lot but we didn’t mind that at all. Loved the enclosed gym and spa the best Nice fresh feel to the unit we stay in.

It’s a beautiful location located right on Pelican Beach. The Nautical Owl is everything that you could ask for in a holiday rental. Very clean. Plenty of space and separate rooms. Short 2 minute walk to beach, pools, spa, tennis courts and gym. Love the Pandanus Deck on the beach for lazy afternoons watching the waves. Especially love the courtyard - very tropical which puts you in the holiday mood instantly. BYO tennis racquets and basketball for the courts.

Fantastic pool, spa and bbq area. So close to beach for walks. Apartment was perfect for us as kids had their own area to sleep/tv. Washing machine and dryer made life so easy with dry towels everyday and we could wash anytime! Amazing aircon!!!!

property was in fair condition. was tidy and clean. I think was a little expensive for what it was but is during holidays period. the staff( a lady )at the main centre were rude and questioned us and made us provide a room number and key when we ask if we new where a coffee might be..I don't think they like outside guest during holiday periods. the pools we're tidy and clean. was located right in the beachfront.
