Short walk from the train station and to the beach and breakwall. Can walk to the town or catch the bus. Staff were lovely.

It was only one night and a day but was so great, Jackie (owner?) was really friendly and knowledgeable. And best of all honest. I was I could have stayed longer and get to enjoy some of the activities like the pool and games, even the kitchen was way too good for hostel standards, definitely now my go to place in coffs harbour. And slept so well. Highly recommend for a chill hostel and the people it attracts are great. And Jackie helped with getting me and my friends in the same room because we booked separately which she didn't have to do and I think she had to move a few things around just was very appreciated.

Good location. Family feel. Many things in social area like Netflix, board games, instruments. Free chicken. Enjoyed the backpacker style hostel vibe if you like that kinda thing.

I liked a lot about this hostel - how spacious the kitchen was, how comfy beds were (plus points for being able to sit straight on the bottom bed, not always happening!). Everything was clean, people were so nice, we even had an Easter bbq organized by the owner! Such a kind lady. She didn't make any problems with my late check in and super early check out, too. If I would ever visit Coffs again, I'll be staying there!

It might be this time of the year but there were not a lot people at all, which I think was really relaxing. The value for money was great & the beds are super comfortable. Nice kitchen, very clean, had everything and more you‘d need! Also the manager was really nice and accommodating! In general everything was very tidy and clear! Would def book again! :-)

Outdated, Dalling-apart and Old-Fashioned Establishment run by Rude and Unhelpful Staff.

Very close to the beach. Nice place and people of the reception had been so kind with me when I needed. I really recommend this place.

Really amazing location, great vibes at the hostel and cool common space! There were free mangoes in the communal kitchen and the staff were so so lovely! Dee is the sweetest human being and was so understanding of circumstances and gave really good recommendations of activities to get up to in Coffs!

The trip with the hostel bus to the Promise Land Loop and Emerald Beach, a great spot for kangaroo watching, was a real highlight. The mixed group of travelers and seasonal workers helped everyone get to know each other quickly.

“Terrifying for women”

There was large groups of men hanging around that all seemed to know each other. They weren’t backpackers but seem to life there? As two women we felt very unsafe in the way they looked at us. We left the hostel half an hour after checking in, because we felt so unsafe. Additionally, there was heaps of stuff everywhere life in a chaotic, messy house and the room doors had layers of dirt on them as if they hadn’t been cleaned for years.

Really good hostel, cheerful, good friendly vibe, exactly what it says on the tin.
