The place is constructed of cute well equipped traditional tico houses, all in a minute walking distance from Perfectly the lesser busy area of Coco beach. The brothers running the place are super welcoming and helpful.

“Fabulous oceanfront location with many restaurants nearby”
The location is fabulous. You can hear the surf at night and it just takes a minute to walk to the ocean. The property is large and has three rental houses - ours was furthest from the ocean. There are a lot of restaurants and shops a short distance away. You can also walk to the main street in the town of Coco in approximately 10 or 15 minutes. Air conditioning and security are good. We loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Hammock is nice and the property has interesting birds and wildlife. Hosts are friendly and attentive. Accommodations are cottage-like and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

“Everything was wonderful. Direct beach access, lots of space, well equipped, friendly hosts”
The location was in the Centre, but also not on the main road, so that we could easily get everywhere but also enjoy some calmness. - it had everything (spices, water, two rooms, good kitchen, internet, tv, Netflix, board games etc.) - Michael and Felipe were always ready to help and available. They helped us a lot to get to la Fortuna our next location - direct private access to the beach!! - very green, lots of animals (iguana, squirrels, cats) - overall very good atmosphere
