“Dirty and loud”

I would definitely not recommend staying here. It looks cheap on Booking.com but when I arrived I had a lot of extra charges added on. It was very dirty. My sheets had white marks on them, and when I was leaving the room the staff asked which bed I had slept on and just left the same sheets on the other bed. It was also noisy as they were doing some kind of renovation in the room above me and the lobby played loud music at all hours. My room was also full of small crabs, which was perhaps seasonal.

Nothing,the room was terrible, the photos were misleading they didn’t look nothing like the photos, the room and the bathroom were dirty and the smell was awful

“By far the worst hotel I stayed in, anywhere in Central America”

Some of the staff were rude and the cook was nasty. If she doesn’t like her job then why bother working there and why be miserable and rude if you work in hospitality? One morning in particular I was five minutes late for my complimentary breakfast and I was refused,ok I can deal with that,however 10 minutes later she is serving up the same breakfast to the staff ! and they look over at me and laugh !, The pool looks great, but they play terrible pop music full volume all day every day,sometimes the same song four times in an hour !
