“Beautiful property but noise and lack of hot water were annoying considering the price.”
Bed was good. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was good as it was a short walk from the restaurants, shops and bars (however, we heard the music from the bar until late at night). We liked the pool.

The hosts Abigail and Evelyn were so helpful and kind to us. We were so late arriving but they really went the extra mile and yet another one on top! I cannot thank them enough. Great communication from the start. The breakfast was very tasty and set us up for the day. You can not ask for a better position in town. Very private and clean. When we come back, without a shadow of a doubt we would stay back at Green Villas El Coco

We stayed at Green Villas for two nights and wish I had found it sooner! The location was central and convenient and our host Abigail was a total gem! Thank you for making us feel so comfortable. When I return to Coco in the future I will definitely be staying at the Green Villas. Thank you once again.

“Too expensive for the level of comfort, furnishing and kitchen supplies.”
We greatly appreciated the help Abigail provided, solving the issues we had during our stay. She was quick to respond and the repairs needed (water heater in the shower) were done quickly and well. Very courteous, professional staff. The place is clean and very well located. It is on a street next to the main road in Coco, with all the restaurants and supermarkets. You feel comfortable and safe walking around.

The location slightly out of the busy Coco main street but close enough to walk into town was great. Nice to have a patio outside, air conditioning and a separate living/dining area with well-equipped kitchen.

The entire condo complex was just sold and is in need of a facelift. It is still in good shape but needs some tlc. New bathrooms, some appliances, comfy sitting areas would be great.

Quiet place. Hosts were always around and available to help. Good pool. Good location...just a bit away from the busy street but close enough to enjoy when wanting to venture out. The rooms are huge.
