“I wasn't able to find your physical location, therefore I wasn't able to stay with you - disapointed”
I tried calling the Costa Rican phone number that was provided with my reservation and was unsuccessful in reaching the accommodation's owner. The phone line kept hanging up after the call was answered. It was very disappointing to me to not be able to reach you, and not able to stay at your advertised accommodations. We called Booking.com customer service to report this.
